Eco-plugs contain herbicide, which is slowly released into the remaining stump, limiting the chances of regrowth.

Stump grinders are powerful pieces of machinery which grind the stump into smaller fragments (or Grindings) using hardened teeth on a spinning disc.
The cutting disc will sweep from side to side, progressively reducing the stump in height to below ground level.
There are many types of stump grinders, ranging from small pedestrian 13hp versions to huge tracked models larger than a SUV.
What happens to the Stump Grindings?
The grindings (or Fragments) produced will be used to fill the hole left behind from the stump.
Initially, the grindings will mound above ground level, but they’ll mulch down over time, leaving a flat surface ready for turfing or replanting.
Can you take the stump grindings away?
Leaving the grindings onsite is standard industry practice; however, we can organise removal for an additional cost, which is at our discretion.
